Photo story: Sydney Harbour

I’ve been absent from my blog for a couple of weeks due to a busy work period and a trip to Sydney, which, as luck would have it, was at the same time as Vivid Sydney – a festival of lights, music and ideas. I will blog about this next week, when I have a bit more time, but for now, here is one photograph I took. I was on a ferry (trying to keep my camera steady) and I had a really slow shutter speed in the low-light… but, somehow, I still managed to capture a unique version of the quintessential Sydney. There’s the bridge, the Opera House, and a traditional ferry chugging across the harbour. Technically, it’s not the most brilliant photo when it comes to sharpness and grain, but I love it…
